I didn’t start out as a short-term rental coach. I started as an investor, problem-solver, and hands-on operator, figuring it out one property, one guest, and one mistake at a time.
After 20+ years in real estate and scaling multiple STRs in competitive markets, I realized the difference between properties that struggle and those that scale isn’t location, budget, or even amenities. It’s the operator behind the listing.
