This Privacy Policy explains how Booked ‘n’ Banked (“Booked ‘n’ Banked,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit bookednbanked.com (the “Site”), contact us, join our waitlist, request a call, buy a service, or use Corey On Call, our AI STR coach, when it becomes available.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you fill out a form, request a call, or buy a service, we collect what you provide, which may include:
- Name, email address, and phone number
- The service you’re interested in and the details you share about your property, market, and goals
- Your stage in your short-term rental journey (for our AI coach waitlist)
- Messages and questions you send us, including questions you type into Corey On Call
- Billing details you provide when paying for services (processed by our payment provider, not stored by us)
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our Site and hosting provider automatically receive technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, referring page, and the date and time of your visit. We use cookies and similar technologies that are needed for the Site to work, and we may add analytics tools to understand how visitors use the Site.
How we use your information
- Respond to your inquiries and schedule discovery calls
- Provide, deliver, and support the coaching and consulting services you request
- Process payments and send receipts
- Notify you when Corey On Call launches and send related updates you asked for

How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to run our business, with:
- Service providers that host the Site (WP Engine), store form submissions, process payments, send email, and provide analytics. They may use your information only to perform services for us.
- AI technology providers that process the questions you submit to Corey On Call so it can generate answers.
- Professional advisors such as attorneys and accountants, under confidentiality obligations.
- Authorities or others when required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of Booked ‘n’ Banked, our clients, or others.
- A successor business if Booked ‘n’ Banked is involved in a merger, sale, or transfer of assets.
Third-party links and services
The Site links to services we don’t control, including our Facebook group. Their own privacy policies govern the information you provide to them.
Corey On Call (AI STR Coach)
Corey On Call is an AI coach trained on the knowledge, methods, and proven short-term rental expertise of Booked ‘n’ Banked founder Corey D’Agostino. When Corey On Call is available, the questions you enter and the answers it generates are processed by our AI technology provider and may be stored so we can operate and improve the coach. Please don’t enter sensitive personal information, such as financial account numbers or government ID numbers, into the coach.
How long we keep information
We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide our services, maintain business and tax records, resolve disputes, and meet legal requirements. When we no longer need it, we delete it or de-identify it.
Your choices and rights
- Email: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or contact us.
- Cookies: most browsers let you block or delete cookies. Some parts of the Site may not work without them.
- Access, correction, and deletion: you can ask us to tell you what personal information we have about you, correct it, or delete it. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws. We will respond as required by applicable law.
